ATTENTION: Update 12/08/21
WE ARE OPEN...Please help us continue to help you! We are striving to continue to help your furry, feathered or scaled friends while helping to keep our staff and clients safe.
Upon Arrival:
Please call when you are in the parking lot, let us know the number you can be reached at, the parking space number you are in and the color and make of your vehicle. A tech will call you when we have a room available for you and your pet(s). If you would rather stay in your vehicle and wait for your pet, that is always an option you have. For everyone's saftey, we are trying to keep the foot traffic in the building to a minumum.
We do have PetPro Connect as an alternative option to bringing your pets into the office. PetPro Connect will allow you to connect with us via messaging and possibly having Dr. VanDaele doing a video consultation using your phone. There is a fee for this service, however, it is usually less than a regular office visit. This can provide you peace of mind and address your concerns without having to leave your home. Keep in mind that not all exams will be able to be performed using PetPro Connect. Times for the video calls are ramdom and at the discretion of the doctor.
In addition to having contact with your veterinarian, PetPro Connect also provides instant access to your pet’s medical and vaccine history, ability to request medication refills, schedule appointments, and ease in obtaining rebates. We will send you an invitation to get the app up and running. Please make sure that we have your current email address by calling the hospital at (989)792-4800.
As always, we will be available by phone, email, Facebook, Petly portal and PetPro Connect to schedule appointments, make changes to upcoming appointments, process medication refill requests, answer questions and help you plan the best course-of-action for whatever situation you have regarding your pet.
Thank you everyone,
Dr. John VanDaele and the staff of Animal Alley Veterinary Hospital
