We are continuing curb-side pick up of animals, ONLY and communication will be done via cell phone. Please call when you arrive, let us know the number you can be reached at and the parking space number you are in. A tech will call you to get the reason for the visit and then someone will come out to your vehicle and bring your pet into the clinic while you wait.
**Please have a mask to wear when the tech comes out to your vehicle. If you don't have one, we can provide one for you.**
Please, CHANGE your appointment date and time if you have come in contact with someone who has COVID-19 or if you or someone in your house hold are in quarantine or has COVID-19. It is for everyone's safety!
We are excited to be offering an alternative option to having your pets come to the hospital. It will be through our telemedicine app: “PetPro Connect”. PetPro Connect will allow you to connect with us via video consultation using your phone. The fee for this is less than a regular office call and will provide peace of mind and address your concerns, not all exams will be able to be performed using this new modality.
In addition to having contact with your veterinarian, PetPro Connect also provides instant access to your pet’s medical and vaccine history, ability to request medication refills, schedule appointments, and ease in obtaining rebates. We will have to send you an invitation to get the app up and running. Please wait for that email, as we will be sending them out in phases. If we don’t have your current email address, please update or add email(s) by calling the hospital. We are excited to offer this service and be there for you and your pet! Please utilize this service in order to address your concerns, for your safety and the safety of our staff.
As always, we will be available by phone, via email, Facebook, and your Petly portal to schedule essential appointments, discuss changing schedules, policies and procedures, reschedule upcoming non-essential and wellness appointments to a later date, take medication refill requests, answer questions about PetPro Connect and help you plan the best course-of-action for whatever situation you have regarding your pet.
